1. Information We Process
We collect your account email, name, and billing details necessary to provide customer support and service administration. Text scripts submitted for synthesis are processed to generate requested audio files and are never used to train public foundation models without explicit consent.
2. Audio Retention Policy
Generated audio files are retained on secure cloud object storage according to your plan configuration: Free tier audio is retained for 7 days; paid tiers for 30 days. You may manually delete any generation at any time from Saved Clips in the studio.
3. Data Security & Storage
All communications between client browsers and our synthesis cluster are encrypted with TLS 1.3. API keys and passwords are cryptographic hashes stored in isolated databases.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions and language preferences, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand feature usage. No advertising trackers or cross-site profiling cookies are deployed. You may clear site data at any time; doing so will sign you out.
5. Your Rights (Including India's DPDP Act, 2023)
You may access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf. Grievance requests are acknowledged within 72 hours at [email protected]. Response timelines follow applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for users in India.
