1. Service Agreement
By using Moziva AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, do not access the platform.
2. Commercial Use & Licensing
Commercial-use rights apply to content generated under active paid subscription tiers (Creator, Pro, Business). Users on the Free tier may only utilize generated audio for personal, non-commercial portfolio or testing purposes. You may not misrepresent AI speech as unauthorized real-person impersonation.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not generate defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful voice clips. Deceptive voice cloning, scam automated telemarketing, or non-consensual biometric impersonation is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel renewal at any time via your account settings. Unused character quotas do not roll over unless explicitly noted on eligible plans.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
One-time credit top-ups are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the credits remain entirely unused. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, except where required by applicable consumer law. To request a refund, contact support with your invoice number; eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in payment fraud, or abuse synthesis infrastructure. You may request account deletion at any time via support; deletion removes your projects, generations, and API keys within 30 days.
